The lodge has 12 cottages and 12 bungalows on site. The cottages are made up of stone and slate and come equipped with all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a cozy lounge area, a dressing area, and a private bathroom with facilities. The forest bungalows are of two types, The Perch (4-bedroom jungle bungalow) and The Wilderness (2-bedroom jungle bungalow). The forest bungalows offer separate living rooms with a sofa and a dining space, as well as an outside lounging area with a view of the outdoors.

The resort's arrangements for food and drink are excellent. The spacious dining room of Singinawa Jungle Lodge features a variety of freshly prepared, home-cooked dishes from Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. The food is served to guests in the on-site restaurants. The majority of the fresh vegetables originate from the local villages’ organic farms. The Chaugan offers food in the Boma style under the stage where the visitors and guests can watch a live performance by a local artist. The indoor restaurant Bhaat Kholi offers a luxurious feast. One can also experience a fire-lit barbeque at the Leopard Rock. Some of the nearby dining options are Bhato Dhaba (230 m), Shree Ganesh South Indian Restaurant (2.7 km), and Kadam Veg Restaurant (3.1 km).
